PVC Pull Lines

PVC materials are produced in the form of profiles, sheets and plates with this line. It has excellent kneading and plasticizing effect to ensure the quality of all kinds of products with a specially designed mechanism. High-speed cooling of the extrusion and calibration mold makes more rapid and efficient speed of production line. The line has particularly brought a step head the capabilities of the conical twin-screw extruders by producing PVC granule and compounds on them. Head with cutting, a screen with an air vibration system and cyclone group all work automatically in the granule line. Vertical and Horizontal type PVC mixers are equipped with the latest technology and fully automated. Moreover, automatic dosing and feeding systems have been added to new mixers.
