Bearings are designed to be protected from dust. There are four conveyors and beater blades in the rotor. The interior is painted with epoxy paint, which facilitates the flow of the product.
Tube Screw
This product, which is in the transportation group, is made in the right or left direction suitable for the place of use and is used in distribution, collection, mixing, wheat annealing. The tube screw in the grain and legume plants is ideal for very dusty or fine products and is made of a 3 mm metal body. When the product is working without vibration, it conveys the resulting goods to the helix in the desired capacity. Since it is set as speed controlled, it can operate at any speed up to 100 revolutions.
Automatic Packaging Scale
It is committed to working with a capacity of 50 tons/hours on flour or products of the same character with the average margin of error per sack. Set value can be programmed by the user between 25-50 kgs. Optimum speed adjustment is made automatically according to weighed flour type and silo level. Upper and lower tolerances can be programmed separately.
